Join/Renewal Membership Application

Membership is $30 per year for new members, $25 for on time renewals (Within 10 days of your membership expiration date - no exceptions). Please complete this application and mail it with a check to:
BAMA Membership, P. O. Box 191161, San Francisco, CA 94119-1161. Please note that there is a $5 processing fee for checks, so add that to your $25 or $30 dues. Applications mailed with checks can take up to 4 weeks to process, and your membership or renewal date will not be effective until then.
